Education:

The candidate must have DVM

-Must be Registered from Bangladesh Veterinary Council

-M Sc in Vet. Medicine/Surgery/Parasitology is preferable

• Experience on large animal treatment & surgery in the field level is preferable

• Knowledge on Livestock health management, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacology, Parasitology, Physiology, Dairy Farm management

• Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment

• Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill

• Must have using capabilities of MS Office

• Able to work under stress situation

• Ensure technical assistance to AISP for increase AI knowledge through refresher training and counseling

• Organize and provide services in health camp, mobile veterinary clinic, progeny show and film show for market promotion

• Provide health services on vaccination, de-worming, reproductive diseases, theriogenology, diseases management of livestock belongs to farmers under AI Enterprise

• Assist to prepare training materials; conduct and facilitate training session for AISP & Farmers on veterinary services

• Analysis the farmers’ perception on BRAC Bull semen and services

• Monitor and investigate customer feedback, complain and share the report to management

• Ensure to help in pre-selection of breeding bull and help the technocrats in selection process

• Evaluate the veterinary services need

• Participate in call center and e-veterinary services to the farmers directly

• Maintain liaison and build up relation with Government and others stakeholders

• Prepare report and take necessary operational actions on the findings

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
