Responsibilities & Context:
  • Sales Strategy & Targets: Developing and executing plans to meet monthly and yearly revenue goals.

  • Market Expansion: Identifying new distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients (e.g., hotels, restaurants) to grow market share.

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong bonds with existing dealers, farmers, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyzing competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback to adjust business strategies.

  • Inventory Control: Managing stock levels to ensure product freshness, meet customer demand, and minimize spoilage/waste.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all products meet food safety, health, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP standards).

  • Logistics Coordination: Working with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of fresh or frozen products. 

  • Promotional Activities: Organizing marketing events, such as farmer seminars, trade shows, and sales campaigns, to increase brand visibility. 

  • Technical Support: Advising farmers on best practices, feeding techniques, and general aquaculture care. 

  • Team Supervision: Leading and training sales officers, monitoring their daily field activities, and evaluating performance.

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing regular sales forecasts, budgets, and activity reports for senior management.

  • Conflict Resolution: Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to product quality or service.
