Market Expansion: Identifying new distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients (e.g., hotels, restaurants) to grow market share.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong bonds with existing dealers, farmers, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Analyzing competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback to adjust business strategies.
Inventory Control: Managing stock levels to ensure product freshness, meet customer demand, and minimize spoilage/waste.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring all products meet food safety, health, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP standards).
Logistics Coordination: Working with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of fresh or frozen products.
Promotional Activities: Organizing marketing events, such as farmer seminars, trade shows, and sales campaigns, to increase brand visibility.
