• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Horticulture

• BSc/MSc in Agriculture / Agronomy/Horticulture

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, DVM or a related field is highly preferred

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Group of Companies, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery

• Age 33 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of farm operations, animal health, and hatchery management.

• Ability to maintain proper documentation and operational records.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in rural or farm-based environments.

• Oversee the overall operations of the integrated farm including livestock (cattle/buffalo)and poultry to ensure smooth and efficient farm management.

• Supervise the care, feeding, breeding, and health management of cattle and buffalo to ensure optimal productivity and animal welfare.

• Manage hatchery activities including egg handling, incubation, hatching processes, and maintaining proper biosecurity standards.

• Develop and implement production plans to maximize farm output and efficiency across livestock and poultry.

• Maintain accurate records of farm activities including feed usage, medicine administration, production data, mortality rates, and operational expenses.

• Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure proper farm practices and productivity.

• Ensure proper biosecurity measures and hygiene standards to prevent diseases and maintain a healthy farm environment.

• Manage farm inventory including feed, medicines, equipment, and other necessary supplies.

• Prepare regular reports on farm operations and performance and coordinate with management for strategic planning and improvements.
