• Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Limited is seeking for some skilled, energetic, self motivated and care concerned Executives/ Sr. Executives for its Aqua Techno-sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing expert technical services and support to our customers and sales team with a focus of driving and expanding our fish feed sales. This role demands a deep understanding of fish nutrition and feed technology, with a focus on optimizing product performance and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities of the role is included but not limited to:

• Develop product positioning, identify target audiences, and create marketing plans with clear objectives across different channels and market segments.

• Stay updated on the latest marketing strategies and industry trends. Prepare actionable plans to meet monthly sales targets.

• Visit potential dealers and partners to explore new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Increase brand awareness, product visibility, and market share through strategic campaigns and field activities.

• Monitor and support key fish feed customers and territories. Ensure regular visits to fish agents and farms.

• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market data to build effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Organize group discussions, seminars, and training sessions with farmers and stakeholders on aquaculture management in high-potential areas.

• Collect competitor information on policies, offers, and marketing strategies. Share actionable insights with supervisors.

• Conduct periodic farm visits to strengthen relationships with farmers and ensure proper support for customer retention.

• Review the progress of new products and provide market feedback to management.

• Conduct market surveys to identify potential territories for business expansion.

• Provide technical support and guidance on fish fry production, including research and development, production, servicing, and marketing aspects.

• Deliver one-stop technical assistance for aqua-based clusters and monitor customer feedback through demonstrations and record keeping.

• Ensure effective use of all promotional materials to reach monthly fish feed sales targets.

• Support customer complaint resolution under supervisor guidance. Report key issues to management.
