  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative, sales coordination, or customer service role

  • Experience handling order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

  • Experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and invoicing tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain customer relationships

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper entry, visitor logs, and maintaining reception area standards.

  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of documents, parcels, and official materials as per company requirements.

  • Coordinate logistics support for all delivery-related tasks, including arranging couriers, follow-ups, and ensuring on-time receipt.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and route them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and delivery notes

  • Manage incoming mail, courier, and packages, and distribute them to the concerned departments.

  • Support the sales team with documentation, presentations, or client communication

  • Maintain and update customer and vendor databases

  • Help coordinate internal meetings or customer visits
