To complete quality construction projects of any type conforming to the client’s requirement with maximum efficiency in minimum time and expenditure. To achieve consistently high standard and quality of work, maintain excellent working relations with its Employees, Clients, Consultants, Joint Venture Partners, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers. We are looking for a proactive Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, operations, Accounts and finance) to deliver seamless service.

  • Maintain updated records of contracts, agreements, invoices, payment statements, and other client documentation.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups, feedback and reviews with customers.

  • Clients regarding commercial payment plans.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and prepare periodic reports, customer or Client Handling.

  • Handle end-to-end Project/commercial all documentation including agreements, deeds, and client’s Legal notice files, Letter issue and to keep Record.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business value.

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and dealing professionally.

  • Prepared any kind of Report making. Maintain updated client information in CRM software or databases.
