Responsibilities & Context: Office Based Role: Monday-Friday 06:00 PM - 23:00 PM (No Breaks)
Office - Hawapara
- Data Entry & Record Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company database or management system.
- Ensure all records are error-free, organized, and up to date.
- Regularly review and correct data discrepancies.
- System Updates & Content Management
- Update information on dashboards, portals, or software as instructed.
- Upload and edit documents, reports, notices, and other content.
- Maintain proper version control of updated files.
- Administrative Support
- Assist senior admin in daily operational tasks.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
- Handle communication, email responses, and follow-ups.
- Coordination Work
- Coordinate with teams, departments, or clients to collect required information.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Other Benifits: Salary 10,000 Taka with potential upto 30,000Taka role to become Full time
