∎ Work on complex excel files and be able to multi task
∎ Work under Heavy Pressure and tight deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage/respond to emails and phone calls.
∎ Act as a liaison between management and employees.
∎ Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
∎ Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
∎ Help with onboarding new employees.• Maintain employee records and handle complex HR-related tasks.
∎ Support budgeting and financial Booking keeping
∎ Handle inquiries from clients, customers, or visitors.
∎ Ensure a positive and professional image for the organization.
∎ Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and stick to deadlines
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Enforce company policies and procedures
∎ Our Office location is Sylhet, Zindabazaar
∎ (UK working Hours) 07:00 GMT to 17:00 GMT BD time 13:00 to 23:00
