Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Graduate/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or alternative discipline from any reputed university.

  • PGDMA will be given preference.

  • At least 6 years working experience in Compliance, Admin & HR at a renowned group. Container terminal related experience will get preference.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Environment and Social Compliance,

  • Admin and HR

  • Understanding of BD labor law & updated with several compliances aspects.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills & good planning and organizational skills.

  • Communication ability, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence.

  • Ability to work under pressure & Can do attitude, Able to take challenges.

  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance policy.

  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring overall compliance practice guidelines following compliance policies of customer, buyer and regulatory body.

  • Managing administration, recruitment, selection, training & motivation to the employees / workers.

  • Coordinating between head office & other industry and enterprise of the group as per laws in force and maintain industrial relation with the relevant authorities.

  • Managing all the administrative issues including legal events, safety, fire, health, hygiene, environment, transport & security and social responsibilities.

  • Preparing documents for compliance with a view to face different audits related to ISO, GSV, C-Tpat, HSSE, Ethical / social trading, etc. by maintaining liaison with different associated organizations, agencies, management tier, auditors and customers.

  • Ensuring that all the SOP are properly maintained in the facility.

  • Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

    • Gross Salary Range: BDT 35000.00 to 40000.00 (Salary package could be negotiable considering experience and Efficiency)
