∎ Master's in any discipline (Working experience in similar field will be preferred).

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Officers will be primarily based in district level. He or She will be responsible for capacity development on their respective areas, technical monitoring and reporting. They will be leading the team at their respective districts with support from the project Coordinator.
∎ 1.Program management and development:
∎ They will be responsible for developing the capacities of SWs and the community representatives to carry out project activities.
∎ Oversee the implementation of project activities to ensure the program is implemented according to schedule and budgets, and that program objectives are met.
∎ Build relationships with partners, government, other NGOs and UN agencies to establish/strengthen appropriate program objective.
∎ Provide technical guidance, oversight and support to the response team in provision of quality services to ensure the needs of girls who experience violence are met on a timely and consistent.
∎ Develop, conduct, and supervise trainings on CD, LSBE, Nutrition supplement and hygiene for adolescent and Community members.
∎ Oversee the implementation of economic and social empowerment programming and ensure the intended objectives of the program are being met in line with the required standards and guidelines.
∎ Oversee implementation and coordination of activities to ensure targets are met.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Child Welfare Board (CWB)
∎ Ensure project staff understand and follow FIVDB Policies and Procedures.
∎ Build staff capacity in work plan development and reporting to ensure accurate monitoring documentation of activities.
∎ Build staff capacity in writing activity and monthly reports to ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of activities.
∎ Work with the Project Coordinator to develop monthly and weekly planning.
∎ In collaboration with the APO, SO submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Coordinator
∎ Ensure that all relevant financial documentation is completed accurately as required by FIVDB finance policy.
∎ 2.Representation and Coordination
∎ Reporting tool will be used to monitor input on monthly basis. Project Officers will prepare monthly reports on their specific focused area
∎ Produce monthly/ quarterly/ semi-annual/ yearly programmatic reports & logistics for submission to UNICEF
∎ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including community leaders, & NGOs to enhance multi-agency cooperation and coordination

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in the field of social development planning and management in child rights and child protection and other related areas.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ Excellent in resource and people management
∎ Excellent skill on dealing with beneficiaries, local people and elites.
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Computer literacy having good skills.
∎ Proven leadership quality
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with knowledge on safety measures and valid license are required

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
