This position will be responsible to assist Deputy project manager in different assigned activities, Overseeing & monitoring the staff & field operations, Procuring materials & provide logistics support in order to run the activity smoothly.
Support the Deputy Project manager for the emergency Rohingya Response program in terms of planning, coordination budgeting and facilitating the response program both in Cox's bazar and field area
Ensure liaison between the Supervisor team and COMs team and help the coordinator for smooth running of the program
Represent the program to the partner organization in absence of the coordinator
Responsible for providing technical support for establishment and maintenance of routine monitoring systems, presentation of findings and building related staff competencies
Work with program and coordinator to determine which monitoring activities will take place and which data collection methods will be used to ensure their adequacy and appropriateness
Ensure that the project work plans include monitoring activities and up-to-date to track progress
Lead and follow up Coms supervisor in the collection, entry, sharing, verification, analysis and use of data and share with all COMs
Assist in conducting and documenting end of project learning reviews and sharing lessons learned and standard methodologies
Writes and submits comprehensive monthly quantitative and narrative reports and specific activity reports and any other reports when necessary to his supervisor in a timely manner
Take lead in documentation and sharing of impact/success stories and best practices to promote learning
Safeguarding:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
