Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience on health program in any NGO and Female entrepreneur development, group formation
Carry out any others tasks and responsibilities given by Supervisors and community mobilization wing of Shushilan / SMC where and when required.
Undertake annual evaluation/ appraisal of project staff under his/her jurisdiction.
Team building capacity
Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Respect on gender, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Safeguarding and cultural diversity
Able to operate virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary.
Lead and oversee the implementation of the Community Mobilization Programme (CMP) across assigned districts an upazilas, ensuring achievement of project objectives and targets.
Assistance and support to capacity building for service and products promotion initiative for the staff and Gold Star Member (GSM)
Develop and monitor work plans, implementation strategies, budgets, reporting formats, and operational plans in coordination with the project management team.
Develop a progress tracking (program, program product, promotion, service and sales) and monitoring receive, sales, store and stock and oversee and support accordingly.
Provide technical guidance, supervision, and operational support to Upazila Supervisors, Community Mobilizers, GSMs, and other field staff.
Ensure quality and timely implementation of project activities in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor program progress, identify challenges, and provide on-site coaching and mentoring to project staff.
Coordinate with SMC representatives, including Sales Officers, Area Executives, and other relevant personnel, to ensure effective project implementation.
Monitor maternal and child health-related activities, including ANC service promotion and community engagement initiatives.
Ensure proper management and documentation of sales-related activities, including cash memos, stock registers, bank deposits, and related records.
Supervise district-level administrative, financial, and logistical operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Monitor accounts, bookkeeping, and financial documentation to ensure transparency, accountability, and accuracy.
Implement monitoring tools and systems to track project performance, quality, and outcomes.
Establish and maintain effective coordination and networking with district and upazila administrations, Health and Family Planning Departments, local government institutions, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate advocacy, coordination meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen project visibility and collaboration.
Prepare case studies, success stories, lessons learned, and other documentation for knowledge sharing and reporting purposes.
Ensure accurate and timely collection, analysis, validation, and submission of program data and reports.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual programmatic and financial reports to the Project Management Team.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure safe custody of all project documents, records, and assets at the district office.
