Experience:
Graduation in any discipline from any UGC approved reputed university or institute
KNOWLEDGE: Development sector, educational requirements, teacher training, conducting surveys, MEAL
SKILLS: Field survey, Data Analysis, Data collection, report writing, understanding of education sector
COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues, communication, supervisory ability

This position will support to maintain both field and Cox’s office data and as well as provide qualitative data reports on need basis. He/ She will also represent BRAC in meetings. He/ She will work as the data collector of education program.
Conduct regular monitoring of LCs adherence to guidelines included in the donor form or designed internally by BRAC
Deliver weekly monitoring overview to CXB Management, HQ team.
Support M & E manager and partially support Technical Officer and Quality Assurance Officer in design of feedback mechanisms to measure
Staff performance and professionalism and
Impact of work on beneficiaries such as students, parents, and community members
Ensure to fulfill the logistical needs of HCMP Education Activities.
Provide quantitative data reports on need basis to Sector, Donors, Team Lead and Manager.
Collect and preserve the data of Education Programme.
Represent BRAC in meeting and workshops.
Support in IT side to develop Materials of Learning sessions.
Provide narrative reports on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to Sector, Donors, Team Lead and Manager.
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
