Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters in Discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in implementing the project successfully to achieve sector objectives.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, grants, finance and logistics department in providing needed support including maintaining necessary data and information for successful implementation of the project.
∎ Coordinate special events for the sector management and provide assistance in planning and arrangement of conferences, workshops and meetings to programme showcase.
∎ Reconciles necessary financial transactions by comparing and correcting data.
∎ Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
∎ Maintain interaction with sectors, support units and externals through phone calls, newsletter, and mass mailings.
∎ Submit accurate and timely information to management for decision making.
∎ Collect and process data to produce meaningful reports that will serve the objective for the sector.
∎ Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
