∎ Bachelors degree in any relevant subject from any recognized university/institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide professional and confidential services to survivors of GBV based on a survivor-centered case management approach.
∎ Provide Case Management Service to the GBV Survivor to maintain GBV guiding principle.
∎ Ensure the GBVIMS is accurately updated on a regular basis.
∎ Provide Case management under the GBVIMS /Primero platform as a Caseworker.
∎ Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow-up of all referred cases.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ To build up the capacity of and Community Support Group on GBV.
∎ To participate in the overall center activities.
∎ To attend Camp Coordination and Protection Coordination Meeting
