Job Context:
∎ Responsible for the overall management of the project including project planning, implementation, Monitoring as well as Evaluation.
∎ Staff management, including coaching, counseling, and the appropriate initiatives of staff development measures.
∎ Act as a key person to maintain the internal and external coordination, communications, and negotiation among different level at District, Union and Upazila level with the project relevancies.
∎ Ensure the procurement and resource management of the project.
∎ Ensure the control mechanism to the quality Implementation and achievement as well
∎ Keep track of the progress of the project in a smooth manner.
∎ Support and manage project senior staffs and donor visit
∎ Prepare all types of project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning and team management:
∎ -Ensure Operational planning and day to day management of regular field activities
∎ -Staffing, distribute the assignments and ensure support to staffs to field implementation
∎ -Supervise the project staffs and proactive supports to improve the quality of team performances
∎ -Regular monitoring on-field activities and ensure in time inputs to run the project in track
∎ -Ensure information availability to the project staffs across multi areas including Kurigram, Chilmati, and Rowmari
∎ -Organize and conduction of project briefing to the stakeholders and make sure regular update accordingly
∎ Organizing events & meetings:
∎ -Organize and conduction of project inception meetings to the stakeholders at District, Upazila and Union level
∎ -Coordinate and organize external and internal supports/resources to the project like Livestock, Agriculture, Social Welfare, Women welfare, Youth development, etc.
∎ -Support to organize HO high officials and donor visits at field level.
∎ -Organize different Events to the GO, NGO, and private-sector arrangements.
∎ Coordination & Communication:
∎ -Organize and conduction of monthly staffs coordination meeting among team
∎ -Coordinate and represent project update to the quarterly program review meeting (QPRM)
∎ -Maintain regular communications among GO, NGOs and relevant departments
∎ -Coordinate and represent organizational and project information update to the sectors and government departments
∎ Procurement & Purchase:
∎ - Support to and ensure quality procurement of project goods/ materials align with compliance of the organizational procurement policy
∎ -Support to procurement team for quality procurement to the sectors and CSU
∎ -Support to in time monitoring of procurement process facilitation to the CSU
∎ Reporting & Documentation:
∎ -Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports and share with Management
∎ -Prepare event reports and share with team along with management
∎ -Evaluate staffs performances and reports to the management
∎ Maintain all types to project reports and documentation at field level

∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience as Project Manager
