∎ B.Sc in Computer Science Or EEE from any good reputed university or similar relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead cross-functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds.
∎ Single point of contact for all communications between the customers and Company.
∎ Setting budgets and agreeing project time scales and deadlines with clients.
∎ Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes.
∎ Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables produced.
∎ Maintaining client relationships.
∎ Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks.
∎ Ensuring that projects conform to CSAT methodology and required standards.
∎ Conducting regular impact analysis to assess the consequences of the project deliverables on other sections of the Business.
∎ Keeping accurate administrative records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.
∎ Assisting the technical team in their design and development tasks.
∎ Producing project definitions to include validated functional requirements, scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets,
∎ Time scales and resources.
∎ Strong background in user training and support documentation.
∎ Hands on experience on ITIL Framework & processes
∎ Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Information System Security Audit.
∎ Vendor Management.
∎ Resources Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Major Incident Management along with CDC tool tracking for 23 tools, which has identified to
∎ roll out in Project w.r.t AD/AM/IM domain. My role is to deploy the identified automation
∎ solutions in Infra domain. With below KRAs.
