∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programmer Software Engineer, Software Architec, Project Management, Team Leader (Software)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a software project from conceptual design through implementation & maintenance, and provide technical solutions in delivering business outcomes
∎ Manage the project with a top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
∎ Involve in project planning, risk assessment, estimation of cost, monitoring, and software quality assurance
∎ Define work packages and assign proper resources to the work package
∎ Maintain quality of the project tasks.
∎ Manage risks and the solution needs of the projects
∎ Allocate tasks, ensure follow-ups, track progress and verify tasks & quality
∎ Interact with clients, prepare meeting minutes, communicate regularly with stakeholders of the project
∎ Maintain the defined process of the project
∎ Ensure performance management of the project members
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Substantial knowledge of CRM, E-commerce, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Delivery Management, Design tools, design architecture, database, and programming tools
∎ Good understanding of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Good presentation & communication skills.
