Technical Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning & Execution
∎ Gather project requirements including client's project definition, requirements and business needs to set a clear project scope.
∎ Create project plans; analyze and document all existing information on project objectives, deliverables, schedules, assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
∎ Estimate and validate timelines and resources needed to successfully complete projects in the project schedule.
∎ Communicate project status and problems to project stakeholders. Assess project risks, identify solutions and work with business sponsors to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
∎ Manage changes to projects - understand and communicate the impact of changes to a project's scope and schedule.
∎ Provide continuous communication with key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal partners, project team members, and leadership) to ensure they are updated and engaged.
∎ Negotiate scope and schedule objectives with project stakeholders.
∎ Complete projects in accordance with established service agreements and quality standards.
∎ Own project completion for revenue recognition milestone via customer confirmation.
∎ Responsible for mandatory weekly time tracking/recording of specific activities such as project work, training, etc. to ensure financial & business compliance
∎ Project Team oversight
∎ Identify skill requirements and timing of resources needed to complete work and effectively delegate tasks to those resources.
∎ Develop team members as appropriate within the context of the project.
∎ Motivate and provide recognition to project team members.
∎ Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
∎ Strive for continuous improvement through implementing local process enhancements & sharing best practices through the introduction of innovative ideas that bring maturity to project planning, execution and reporting.
∎ Contribute to alignment of Project Management practices with business objectives.
∎ Provide technical input on the configuration of projects for projects where moderate technical assistance is needed.
∎ Verify scope of work for projects and identify gaps in information for future contract best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination managing software/technical implementation projects.
∎ Project Management (PMP) certification a plus.
∎ Experience in successful cross functional collaboration
∎ Knowledge of project management practices
∎ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
∎ Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approach to solutions.
∎ Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
∎ Experience working all levels within an organization and can manage large enterprise customers.
∎ Ability to adapt within a constantly changing environment.
∎ Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
∎ The applicant who has experience in Government Sector, gets preference.
∎ Experience with customer relations, interacting with customers (internal or external) and achieving customer satisfaction.
∎ Proven experience in project management and software development.
∎ Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
∎ Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle.
∎ Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
∎ Iterative project management methodologies.
∎ Customer-centric mindset.
∎ Clinical knowledge is a plus.
∎ Experience with SQL and Oracle is desirable.
∎ Windows Server OS / Linux server is desirable.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
