Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor in Engineering (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university or Relevant Field.

• Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CIPM)

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Garments, Textile

• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) from an accredited institution preferred.

• Excellent command of English and Bangla (both written & verbal).

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira/ClickUp/Trello or other project management tools.

• Lead and coordinate technical project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

• Design, implement, and oversee software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies across multiple projects.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including IT roadmaps, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry best practices, and quality assurance standards.

• Coordinate beta testing, production rollouts, and release management.

• Conduct project monitoring, status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), and deliver presentations to management and clients.

• Lead post-project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Foster innovation by brainstorming with the technical team for new features, solutions, and test strategies.

• Drive team motivation, process improvement, and adherence to Agile methodologies.
