Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor in Engineering (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university or Relevant Field.
Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CIPM)
Requirements:

Skills Required: Agile methodology,ASP.NET Core,Client Communication,MS SQL Server ,Quality Management,Risk Management
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
Professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) from an accredited institution preferred.
Excellent command of English and Bangla (both written & verbal).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira/ClickUp/Trello or other project management tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and coordinate technical project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Design, implement, and oversee software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies across multiple projects.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including IT roadmaps, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry best practices, and quality assurance standards.
Coordinate beta testing, production rollouts, and release management.
Conduct project monitoring, status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), and deliver presentations to management and clients.
Lead post-project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Foster innovation by brainstorming with the technical team for new features, solutions, and test strategies.
Drive team motivation, process improvement, and adherence to Agile methodologies.
