Experience:

Experience:

• 6-8 years of hands-on working in managing ICT ERP Software & Database in a manufacturing concern, ERP Project Implementation, knowledge of software coding and development & Database Management with Report Development.

Technical Skills:

• Project Management Skills in ERP including PMI/DBA Certifications.
• Local & Global ERP implementation & Management (Prism ERP, Pride Sys ERP, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS etc)
• Large Skill Software Development & Data Base Management with Backup & recovery (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, etc).
• Strong experience with SQL databases and writing optimized queries and stored procedures.
• Expertise in Oracle, Python, MsSql, MySql, PHP, API, Java, Power BI, Tableau, Android & IOS Apps, Cloud ERP, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity,
• Familiarity with RESTful Report development, and database security. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated person for recruitment to the following position, aiming to enrich and strengthen the existing team.

Job Responsibility:

The incumbent should have experience in the following:

• Maintaining, Securing & operating database and ensuring that data is correctly stored & retrieved. Day to Day ICT Database Operation & Management.
• Monitoring & troubleshooting database hardware, Performance monitoring, Backup & Recovery, Security Analysis & Providing training & support to users.
• Disaster Recovery with Business Continuity.
• DBAs often work with developers to design and implement new features & troubleshoot any issue.
• Preferably working with Ceramics ICT or a large Manufacturing Company
• Effective communication and collaboration with strong leadership and team management skills including Business Process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidate should have experience in developing new applications in ERP JAVA-Scenario, Python, and Report Development using PL/SQL, and Mysql Scripts.
• A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to take on any challenge. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in business intelligence and data visualization. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and teams across multiple regions
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power BI/Tableau, etc.
