Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification (CA, CMA, ACCA, or partly qualified) will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure accurate accounting and proper documentation of all business transactions.
Oversee financial operations and reporting and contribute to the development and improvement of internal systems.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, addressing audit matters in a timely manner to strengthen compliance and control.
Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring effective internal control systems.
Monitor financial performance and ensure data accuracy within the company’s ERP system.
Prepare, review, and input financial data for management reporting and ERP automation.
Independently prepare complete financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
Supervise and monitor fixed asset management to ensure proper recording, utilization, and depreciation.
Oversee financial aspects of factory operations to maintain efficiency and cost control.
Manage loans, bank documentation, and ensure proper record-keeping for all financial facilities.
Perform special assignments, analyses, and projects assigned by Management.
