∎ Master of Science (MSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, executing and managing the adaptation clinic component of the programme.
∎ Providing necessary technical support on crop management at farmer’s field.
∎ Preparation of technical training module and provide training/Orientation/Refreshers to the programme participants.
∎ Selection of block and farmers group according to the criteria developed by the programme and dissemination of agricultural technologies to the farmer’s field.
∎ Programme participants selection according to the criteria. Preparation of crop cut and cost benefit reports and other project reports.
∎ Conducting socio-economic study on adoption of best practices and evaluation of climate smart technology at farmers’ field.
∎ Distribution of agriculture inputs and materials for climate adaptive agricultural activities
∎ Managing relationships with farmers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of the programme outputs at field level
∎ Develop strategic partnership and networks with the relevant stakeholders at field level.
∎ Preparing monitoring and audit report from field level.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
