Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Computer skill, Construction Building, Product Costing and budgeting, Project Management, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the project's schedule
∎ To review the project plans & specifications & comments on the building decision
∎ To assist estimator in the preparation of project budget
∎ To control and monitor labour materials and equipment expense
∎ To monitor safety & ensure that the requirement of the occupational health and safety act is enforced
∎ To have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with owners as well as effectively lead the project execution
∎ To carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
∎ To monitor progress and compile reports on project status
∎ To comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven working experience in civil engineering
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ The license of the professional engineer
