∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Science, Social Science, Development Studies, or a related field with at least 2nd Division or equivalent grade.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communication and coordination with Program Coordinator, Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ Coordination, liaison & networking with government representatives, local elected bodies, public and private sectors.
∎ Regular visit project location at Host and Camp.
∎ Assist program staffs in implementing project activities, ensuring adherence to technical standards, learning and good practices.
∎ Provide overall leadership in project management and coordination, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
∎ Lead strategic, financial, and operational planning processes, including annual work plans and development of an effective exit strategy.
∎ Oversee the delivery of technical components, ensuring achievement of project results and deliverables as per the work plan.
∎ Plan and organize events and activities at district and upazila levels, covering host, local, and camp communities.
∎ Establish strong partnerships with public and private sector actors to facilitate internships, apprenticeships, and government support.
∎ Coordinate and host visits by donors, senior management, government officials, media, and other stakeholders.
∎ Identify and manage project risks and issues, implement appropriate controls, and adapt based on feedback.
∎ Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and community representatives.
∎ Liaise with government authorities to secure necessary clearances, affiliations, and approvals, including from Camp-in-Charge (CiC) and Upazila administration.
∎ Played role in advocacy with local government and communities to advocate for the creation of local employment opportunities for youth.
∎ Facilitate the process to establish a community based, youth-led training center in which young women have leadership roles
∎ Facilitate a youth innovation lab through design thinking and ideation to support the creation and incubation of new businesses that respond to the needs of the community.
∎ Support the team to select the project participants following the selection guideline.
∎ Coordinate to select market relevant trades at the Upazila and District levels based on labour market survey.
∎ Provide technical support to establish vocational training centers at Paurashava/ Camp level.
∎ Ensure quality skills development program through safe and inclusive infrastructure and learning environment, arrange training equipment and material, instructor’s qualification and gender of instructors, etc.
∎ Provide guidance and support to Facilitators and Camp Volunteers in monitoring homestead gardening activities at the household level
∎ To encourage and initiate continued improvement in curriculum and teaching methods in cooperation with the Technical Backstopping Team at Head Office.
∎ To ensure inclusive environment (including infrastructure and facilities) for students and staff with any type of impairments or disadvantaged socio-economic background.
∎ Ensure compliance, efficient, and effective implementation of the annual plan and budget per BTS Bangladesh, government, and donor guidelines
∎ Ensure effective management of BTS district offices, including assets, vehicles, legal affairs, human resources, insurance, audits, and security
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality of all information, documents, and internal/external communications
∎ Experienced and Knowledgeable Accounts, Admin, Procurement and logistics management.
∎ Manage and experience Accounts and financial visit/audit.
∎ Assist to develop tools and ensure proper use of those for M&E.
∎ Ensure that all components of the project is monitored and the results are evaluated in line with the indicators
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, half annual, annual and project completion report of the project.
∎ Ensure quality of process and learning documentation.
∎ Be able and willing to respond to natural disasters or emergencies, when needed, and any other task assigned by the Supervisor and /or Senior Management of BTS.
∎ 3 (Three) months probation period.
∎ After successful completion of the probation period, based on the performance of the staff and recommendation from the supervisor, the post may be continued till the project’s lifetime.

The organization is going to implement a project "Providing quality humanitarian & development assistance to minimize Child Protection, SGBV risks and Building Peace in Cox’s Bazar Area " at Ukhiya and Cox’s Bazar Sadar in Cox’s Bazar District. The project will be implemented by the support of Save the Children. BTS is going to recruit a ‘Manager for the mentioned project the position’s desk office will be at Cox’s Bazar Sadar.
