Skills Required:

• Good at Microsoft Project, Word and Excel, AutoCAD· 
• Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English). 
• Report writing and documentation skills. 
• Must have experience in road construction work. 
• Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently. 
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering.

TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is considered one of the promising construction companies in Bangladesh. The activities of TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED include but are not limited to (i) Civil constructions such as Runway Construction, Road Construction (Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement), Multi-Storied Buildings, , Bridges, Culverts, RCC drainage structures, etc (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.

Main Responsibilities Will Be:

• Candidate must have experience on road construction work. (i.e. ISG, SUB-BASE, AGGREGATE BASE TYPE-I, AGGREGATE BASE TYPE -II, PRIME COAT, TACK COAT, DBS BASE COURSE, DBS-WEARING COURSE, Drainage structure etc.)
• To oversee and handle construction projects, such as Project costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress monitoring, Subcontractor dealing, Overall supervision, Liaison, and Preparing bills.
• Working with projects manager & cost control manager to establish the project`s budget
• Correspondence and liaison with Govt (Roads and Highways Department / LGED/HED/City Corporation) and consultant personnel
• Measurement for & preparation of Bills of Quantities for various project elements
• Should have Government authority bill preparation & checking capability.
• Ability to work independently while reporting to higher managements,
• To lead and manage all activities related to construction work.
• Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinate.
• To check the workmanship at every stage of work following the checklist and quality guidelines and ensure the right quality of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and safety of construction.
• Monitoring and supervising day-to-day construction work at the project.
• Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
• Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with the project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
• Any other task assigned by top management.
• Experience on ERP budgeting will be preferred.
