We are seeking few experienced, hardworking and motivated Production Manager/Senior Manager with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling branded Transformers, Switchgears, LT & HT Panel- including different medium and low voltage electrical products.
A senior Manager-Factory is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of a manufacturing facility's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
Key responsibilities include production management, quality assurance, team leadership, financial management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of products, and meeting production schedules and delivery deadlines.
Implementing and maintaining quality control standards and protocols, collaborating with quality assurance teams to address issues, and ensuring products meet specified quality standards.
Leading, managing, and developing the factory team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of performance and accountability.
Developing and managing the factory's operating budget, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals, including cost optimization and revenue generation.
Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission, and conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the factory, implementing process improvements, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, complying with health and safety regulations, and implementing environmental policies.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, suppliers, and customers.
Regularly reporting on factory performance to senior management, communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, and ensuring transparency and accountability.
