∎ Need good interpersonal & communication skills, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a strong track record and a sincere passion for selling POWERtrac branded Transformer, Switchgear, LT Panel, HT Panel, MCB, MCCB, DB Board, MDB Board, Cable Tray, LED Light, Generator, Solar, etc.
∎ Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
∎ Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives of different industrial sectors.
∎ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
∎ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in products.
∎ Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
∎ Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ POWERtrac is one of the most reputed manufacturers and trusted suppliers of Substation, Generator, Radiator, Switchgear, BBT, Cable Tray Trunking System, Solar System, BBT, SDB, Circuit Breaker in the country.
∎ We are seeking few experienced, hardworking and motivated Sales Engineers, AGM/DGM with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling branded Transformers, Switchgears, LT & HT Panel- including different medium and low voltage electrical products.
∎ As a key, dynamic and results-oriented member of our team, you will be responsible and instrumental for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining company's products or services to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Make routine visits to potential clients & responsible for company representation.
∎ Develop new customers & manage client database and survey the new market.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of documentation of daily/weekly/ monthly / yearly sales and marketing development.
∎ Visiting a targeted number of clients & maintains a relationship with them.
∎ Perform any other relevant works as per the decision of the management.
∎ Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
∎ Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
∎ Provide regular report to the Management.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 70,000 Above for the AGM/DGM positions including other admissible benefits for the deserving candidates.
