• Review and finalize electrical design and analysis for residential and commercial buildings.

• Prepare and/or verify cost estimates and budgets for all types of electromechanical works across projects.

• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Comparative Statements (CS) for Lift, Electrical Substation, Generator, Firefighting System, VRF System, and other electromechanical systems.

• Lead the selection, installation, and commissioning of substations and other electrical systems in various projects.

• Design electrical wiring systems, substations, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), CCTV, and intercom systems for residential complexes.

• Supervise the installation of fire safety systems, solar systems, CCTV, and intercom infrastructure in residential buildings.

• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of lifts, generators, substations, solar systems, fire hydrant protection systems, and other electromechanical equipment for different projects.
