- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from a recognized institution.

Skills Required: Combined Cycle Power Plant,Electrical and Electronic Engineering,Engineers,EPC projects,Machine installation,Mechanical Engineering,power plant
Additional Requirements: - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience leading large EPC infrastructure projects, with a strong track record in Metro Rail, Underground/Tunnel works, and/or Power Plant (Combined Cycle, Thermal, etc.) projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and large contractor/consultant networks in challenging environments.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, and project execution methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience working on iconic or mega infrastructure projects regionally or internationally.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and advanced project management tools.
Responsibilities & Context: Our client, a leading organization in the large-scale infrastructure sector is seeking an accomplished Project Director – EPC & Infrastructure Projects to lead and manage complex developments such as Metro Rail, Underground Projects, and Combined Power Plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and project management for multi-million dollar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project delivery from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and project management functions.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including government authorities, consortium partners, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive compliance with local and international engineering standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Develop and execute project risk management, value engineering, and schedule optimization strategies.
- Prepare and present reports, project updates, and critical decisions to executive leadership and clients.
