∎ He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
∎ Proven experience in working with grassroots organizations and community development initiatives
∎ Strong understanding of gender equality, women's rights, and leadership frameworks
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Experience working in rural and union-level contexts in Bangladesh.

∎ The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and implementation of the Nagorikata-CEF-EmpowerHer project. It includes planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on project activities to ensure that the project's goals and objectives align with organizational and donor requirements.
∎ The project Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring activities at the Nagorikata-CEF-EmpowerHer Project. The project will promote women's leadership and their representation in all the stages of society and social structure.
∎ Develop detailed work plans and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of project activities in the 67 unions across 7 upazilas.
∎ Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for women leaders and community stakeholders.
∎ Build strong relationships with local government institutions, women's organizations, and community groups.
∎ Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including donors and local authorities.
∎ Coordinate with local government and community leaders to ensure alignment with project goals.
∎ Oversee the implementation of the project's monitoring and evaluation framework.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and provide on-site support to field teams.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate and timely project progress reports, including case studies and success stories.
∎ Supervise and mentor field and project office staff, including Accountants and project officers.
∎ Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
∎ Address any challenges or bottlenecks in project delivery.
∎ Lead advocacy campaigns promoting women's leadership and representation.
∎ Organize community-level dialogues and events to foster gender equality.
∎ Represent the project in local and national forums, as required.
∎ Ensure that project expenditures are in line with approved budgets.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to maintain transparent and accurate financial records.
∎ Assist in preparing financial reports for the donor.
