Job Responsibilities:
∎ Baseline survey on applicant NGOs Support team to maintain regular liaison & coordinate with respective implementing partners.
∎ Ensure capacity development information for the implementing partners.
∎ Provide technical support to the implementing partners as when required.
∎ Maintain regular liaison & coordinate with respective implementing partners.
∎ Coordinate and arrange quarterly performance review meetings and annual planning meetings with implementing partners.
∎ Visit the project sites and provide an update on the progress of the project.
∎ Ensure documentation and record keeping on a regular basis.
∎ Organise team coordination meetings and report preparation and dissemination prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Assist in evaluation of bids.
∎ Support team in collecting reports and learning from field.
∎ Perform any other activities assigned by the authority.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so..
