Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters in CS / CSE or Masters in any discipline with certification in OCP.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the business process to identify the needs/deficiencies to be catered to maximize the functional efficiency.
∎ Ensure development of the software through guidance and self-involvement to construct the software as per design.
∎ Report designing and forms development.
∎ Monitor testing and debugging process to ensure that the software operates as per design and minimize the error before final implementation.
∎ Assist in orientation of IT Business applications to the users to facilitate the operational advancement and business process simplification.
∎ Troubleshooting of existing customized software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Mandatory working knowledge in ORACLE 11g, Oracle 11g Developer Suite, PL/SQL (subprogram package, DBT etc.).
∎ Knowledge in Business Intelligence and Oracle (APEX) is preferable.
∎ 3-5 years of relevant working experience is mandatory.
∎ Good communication skill in English, both verbal & written.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Should be a team player and should have the ability to work independently.
∎ Flexible organization skill, people development skill, decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Age limit: not more than 35 (thirty-five) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
