Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline from any recognised university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct community mobilization activities at the grassroots level for effective project implementation, returnee identification, and profiling.
∎ Organize the field-level activities according to the monthly work plan and provide support to volunteers.
∎ Maintain regular communications with other project officials, volunteers, government officials, and other relevant stakeholders to provide support to the returnee migrants.
∎ Organize different meetings, seminars, workshops, and skill training for the migrants.
∎ Assist the Psychosocial Counselor in providing psycho-social services to the project beneficiaries.
∎ Assist Sector Specialist- Economic Reintegration in providing economic reintegration services to the project beneficiaries.
∎ Prepare reports and share them with MRSC.
∎ Organize volunteer meetings and migration forum meetings.
∎ Distribute IEC/BCC materials about awareness on safe migration and returnee reintegration among community people.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience will be given preference.
