Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS or Master of Public Health or any other relevant discipline from any recognized University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Health project activities under Rohingya Response ensuring existing health protocols, guidelines as per health sector and MoH&FW
∎ Needs to be optimally efficient in networking, liaising and developing rapport obtaining results from donors, GOB bodies and all other stakeholders
∎ Should have proven efficiency in team building and team management, delegation and conflict management
∎ Should have leadership experience in leading a large group of technical and non-technical members
∎ Should have experience people management, development goals, quality improvement, financial management, financial planning, health services development, compliance, public relations, and internal communications.
∎ Collaborate with MoH&FW, Civil surgeon, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer, physicians, nurses, and other hospital professional
∎ Should have capacity to develop concept paper, technical and financial proposals on new areas of intervention in a team or independently
∎ Ensure documentation of the project, share and present through various manners (among staff, donors, and clients)
∎ Conduct communication with the donor, reporting as per their requirements and organize the monitoring visit of donors to the project
∎ Manage and monitor budget ensuring all expenditures as per approved budget and take appropriate measures if non-budgeted expenditures are required at field level.
∎ Ensure the effective implementation and adhere to the PSEA, Child protection, gender and other policies and safeguarding as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Should have the quality ti be an active team player, good negotiator, effective communicator and professional mentor
∎ Any other task as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or international development organizations, with at least 5 years of experience in a health initiative or programme out of a total of 6 years.
∎ Current national and global development trends related to women empowerment, gender and justice, legal aid, rights-based approach, access to information, SDGs.
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding Project cycle management, results-based management and rights-based approach.
∎ Skills of Leadership and people management, Strategic thinking, Decision making and problem solving, Communication and documentation.
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
