Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of program and projects
∎ Responsible for managing clinical activities, field activities and other associated program related work
∎ Liaison with the donor, grant managers, national and international stakeholders
∎ Obtain result through execution of quality strategic plan
∎ Ensure team building and mentoring
∎ Ensure quality of care at clinic and community level through the support of DPM
∎ Responsible for regulatory compliance at camp, RRRC, health authority and DC office level
∎ Provide overall project management, including developing and managing timelines, leading project planning, and coordinating deliverables in collaboration with external partners.
∎ With support from the Deputy director develop project plans and budgets, contributing towards an overall health program plan and master budget
∎ Prepare and oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery of project activities
∎ With support from the Deputy Director and/or other senior health staff, identify program supplies needs and coordinate with the logistics team to put in place a sensible phased procurement plan, and support the logistics team on storage, transport and stock management of medicines.
∎ Support MEAL Manager in putting accountability mechanisms in place for Health components of projects, ensuring that feedback is responded to in a timely manner, and that feedback from children and their families is considered in project design.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line supervisor
∎ Checking on program and performing daily management activity
∎ Ensure program goal and objectives and are remain aligned to overall strategic objective of Friendship
∎ Supervise DPMs, Health coordinators, MEAL coordinator and monitor project implementation as per plan;
∎ Understand the concept, strategy and perception of the entire project

∎ Performing SWOT analysis to find out the lacking and minimize the risk.
∎ Constantly monitoring performance of Friendship Facilities
∎ Promote a spirit of collegiality and gender diversity amongst team members and in the organization;
∎ Encourage team members to collaborate across areas; Address and resolve any diversity related issues;
∎ Set goals and conduct appraisals for the team; Set high standards and confront poor performance where needed
∎ Take appropriate actions to manage poor performance (such as creating Performance Improvement Plans, coaching, job rotations, planning separations) in order to build and develop an engaged and high performing team.
∎ Implement, monitor and coordinate/supervise program planning evaluating quality assurance in community setting project;
∎ Match field site demographics and protocol requirements to identify target locations/households for activities;
∎ Create a work plan (allocation of locations and duties) for implementation of intervention project;
∎ Coordinate all field staff for multiple activities i.e. training logistics, building capacity of implementers; IT hardware, imported products; Oversee the payment procedure at field level at local staff;
∎ Permission from RRRC, DC and Civil Surgeon need to be taken according to the project duration without any gaps
∎ Review existing systems, processes, and complaints / concerns from internal stakeholders;
∎ Identify potential areas for improving systems and processes;
∎ Recommend action plans to improve processes and optimize costs (e.g. Petty cash, Overtime, assets allocation, training for field and divisional staff etc).
∎ Represent Friendship programmatically in the project area
∎ Solely responsible for creating budgets for project costs and program expenditures in close coordination with the doctors and health coordinators
∎ Secure financial and non-financial resources;
∎ Initiate procurement of necessary items; Keep constant follow up of the PR and Monthly Fund Requisitions and also ensure that all the logistics reaches in time
∎ Monitor quality of case findings and response rates against timelines and criteria;
∎ Support MEAL coordinator with developing the results framework, theory of change, log frame Program Monitoring Tool (PMT), and MEAL plan including indicators for existing and new projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 years of experience in public health related projects in national/international organizations.
