∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Good working knowledge in Woven garments Jacket line production experience.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1)    Ensure production area is safe to work, productive and has required inventory.
∎ 2)    Maintain production machines and equipments.
∎ 3)    Ensure equipments and work floor is clean, safe and well-maintenance.
∎ 4)    Monitor and control processes using visual observation, process data and on-line testing.
∎ 5)    Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and work for solution.
∎ 6)    Resolve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete situation variables where limited standardization exists.
∎ 7)    Perform tasks assigned to operations as per Master Task List.
∎ 8)    Provide training to technicians on plant operations.
∎ 9)    Promote safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices always.
∎ 10) Establish and perform high performance standards characterized by   integrity.
∎ 11) Support field personnel and engineering staff in production data management.
∎ 12) Lead and direct operators to ensure production integrity.
∎ 13) Develop failure database for artificial lift and assist in analyzing  performance.
∎ 14) Support data management and technical evaluation efforts of team.

∎ House Allowance BDT18000.00
