Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and arrange production as per schedule or planning.
∎ Production and Processing Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture storage & distribution of goods with maintain product quality.
∎ Record Keeping of all document related to production. All register, record sheet & format fulfill at the time of production
∎ Maximum Utilization of man, machine and materials for better productivity.
∎ Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques.
∎ Maintain SOP, ISO, GMP,GHP,PPE & HACCP guideline in production floor.
∎ Check & registered all product Production date, Expiry date. product Quality, specification & various parameter (Tem., Pressure, Volume, Weight, Cooling tem. Etc.)
∎ Register & Computer entry also required to all raw & packing materials, batches, Finished products, chemical in ERP System.
∎ Any problem occurs that should be solved & immediately informed to the production officer & Assistant production manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
