Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing the production line of garment accessories such as buttons, labels, hang tags, zippers, poly bags, elastics, trims, and packaging materials. The role involves monitoring daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, achieving production targets, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet targets and shipment deadlines.
• Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with planning, quality control, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain proper line balancing and machine utilization to improve efficiency.
• Monitor production processes to maintain buyer-required quality standards.
• Identify and reduce defects, reworks, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with EPZ rules, labor laws, and global audit standards such as EPZ, Customs, and OEKO-TEX.
• Lead and guide machine operators, helpers, and production staff on the floor.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new workers to improve skills and productivity.
• Motivate team members and ensure discipline in the workplace.
• Manage shift schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production output, downtime, and defects.
• Prepare daily production reports and submit them to the Production Manager.
• Ensure proper data entry into ERP systems or production tracking software.
• Ensure the production area meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Follow EPZ regulations and maintain compliance during internal and buyer audits.
