Experience:

• Minimum 7–10 years of practical experience in garment accessories manufacturing (poly bags, Hanger, Label sticker Paper etc.), with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of production machinery like molding machines, printing presses, cutting machines, and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of raw materials used in accessories production such as plastics, metals, paper, and fabrics.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking software.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• On-time shipment completion rate.
• Defect rate and rejection percentage within acceptable limits.
• Increase in production efficiency and line productivity.
• Reduction in material wastage and production downtime.
• Buyer audit and compliance scores.

Job Summary: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of garment accessories such as labels, hangtags, Price tags, poly bags, Hanger, Label sticker Paper, trims, and packaging items. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising production teams to meet buyer requirements, maintain quality standards, and achieve on-time delivery while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, planning, procurement, and quality control teams.
• Monitor raw material availability (plastic resin, paper, ink, metals, etc.) to prevent production delays.
• Forecast production requirements based on buyer orders and shipment deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with EPZ rules, labor laws, and global audit standards such as EPZ, Customs, and OEKO-TEX.
• Analyze production processes to reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs.
• Ensure proper line balancing and optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time to avoid shipment delays.
• Supervise floor in-charges, line supervisors, and machine operators.
• Build and develop a skilled and motivated workforce through regular training programs.
• Monitor performance and reward productivity and accountability.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production targets.
• Maintain proper documentation for buyer audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems or production tracking software.
