Experience:
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in store or warehouse management in garments accessories or manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of EPZ store and customs documentation preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and inventory software.
Strong knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and lean inventory techniques.
Understanding of raw materials such as plastics, paper, metals, fabrics, and packaging materials.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Summary: The Store In-Charge is responsible for overall management of the store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of raw materials and finished goods used in garments accessories manufacturing such as buttons, zippers, labels, hang tags, poly bags, trims, elastics, and packaging materials. The role ensures proper stock control, documentation, and compliance to support smooth production and on-time shipment.
