Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of oil refining, filling, and packaging lines.
∎ Monitor production output, minimize downtime, and optimize machine utilization.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure production processes comply with quality, hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
∎ Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports (shift performance, waste, rejection, downtime, etc.).
∎ Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost control.
