∎ Job Location: Adamjee EPZ, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and implement daily production program as per monthly Production Plan.
∎ Utilize efficiently workforce, machinery and materials to improve productivity.
∎ Prepare daily production report.
∎ Follow-up to fulfill the production target.
∎ Monitor operators in production process accordingly.
∎ Follow up line Balancing, Problem Identification & Solution, Line Target, Manpower & Machine Budget.
∎ Monitor hourly production as per target & find the bottle neck and solve it.
∎ To help and motivate operator to achieve daily production target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Power Point & Excel work.
Salary: Negotiable
