Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The candidate must have depth knowledge in different Knit Fabrics and background in performing Knitting/ R&D department.
∎ • Should have experienced of Special Yarn & Fabric Development process, need follow up of Yarn Dyeing & Development Fancy Yarn follow up in housed timely.
∎ • To follow up Development / SMS/ PP Sample of different buyers as per time & action plan.
∎ • To follow up special Samples in Dyeing, finishing different stages & ensuring technical data sheet. To create risk assessment & inform all to ensure improved quality for yet-to-come bulk production.
∎ • Prepare a report on Sample Production, quality, consumption, and monthly yarn stock for the sample.
∎ • To keep good relationship with interdepartmental personnel (i.e. Yarn Store, Dyeing & Finishing).
∎ • Taking all the responsibilities in the absence of the Knitting Manager. Organize every work while maintaining buyer COC & technical guidelines.
∎ • Accurate receiving of all yarn, Inventory taking, Quality checking, recording in the stock register as per procedure & reporting to the concerned department head.
∎ • Preparing Yarn Store Inventory reports and properly updating the management.
∎ • To arrange Delivery of Yarn to the knitting department with a proper recording like yarn delivery, challan, gate pass etc.
∎ • To collect order-wise status from Merchandiser and hand it over to the related Executive.
∎ • Issue the Fabric goods to the Subcontracted Factory as per the requirements of the planning department.
∎ • Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for yarn received from suppliers, delivery to knitting, and returned products.
∎ • Ensure daily/weekly stock reports to the management.
