∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for preparing monthly production schedule consulting with General Manager Plant.
∎ Be responsible for preparing daily work schedule and work allocation for the officer & workers to the respective area.
∎ Be responsible for organizing and ensuring that the drug products are manufactured in accordance with the BMR (Batch manufacturing record), BPR (Batch packaging record) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
∎ Be responsible for ensuring that the all machinery of the section is always properly cleaned & maintained.
∎ To prepare and submit monthly production statement & reports.
∎ Be responsible for monitoring the manpower utilization and ensuring the optimum yield of the product.
∎ Recommendation of workers leaves for approval.
∎ To ensure to receive and return of Raw material, Packaging material & transfer finished products and maintain their records by communicating with respective department (Ware house, QA & QC).
∎ To look after the overall operations of production department & the other departments as required
∎ Reporting the total work output to the General Manager Plant at the end of the day.
∎ Consult with General Manager Plant if any problem arises.
∎ Be responsible for the required initial & continuing training of Production personnel is carried out and adapted according to the need & ensuring GMP training of all production personnel.
∎ Be responsible for raise the requisition of stationary & others for production department with proper documentation.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities assigned by General Manager, Plant and Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 2-year job experience in the same position.
∎ Must have Pharmacist registration number.
Salary:
∎ Salary and other remuneration will be given as per HR Policy.
