Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum University graduation from any Reputed University.
∎ IPE or Industrial Engineering-related educational qualifications will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be having a good Technical knowledge on all types of Woven Garments.
∎ Should have a proven knowledge in managing the total operations of the production unit including the Production and Quality Management systems together with the overall housekeeping and all other man management related activities.
∎ Able to make new production layout efficiently.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ To co-ordinate with Merchandising department.
∎ Have to monitor from fabrics to carton.
∎ Have to submit report to authority every day for production consumption, costing, quality etc.
∎ To make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by Merchandising or Production Planning Department.
∎ Maintain proper KPI / DHU / MMR / SMV / GSD etc. Target Ratio.
∎ To ensure Woven garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Related professional training or other educational qualifications will be definite advantages.
