Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from Reputed Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of Placement Printing.
∎ Optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target.
∎ Drive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule, Printing order management and update on concerns accordingly.
∎ Ensure that all the deadlines/milestones of an order process are met.
∎ Develop price quotation for the buyers and make the budget to achieve the business objective.
∎ Ensure quality of products and involve a thorough checking and inspection of product prior to bulk production.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
∎ Monitoring & follow up the wash test of the samples and production and take initiative action accordingly.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejects.
∎ Capability to run production independently.
∎ Chemical Test related knowledge and buyer wise Test parameter experiences.
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Screen Printing, AOP, Garments & Textile.
