∎ HSC/Degree Pass

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
∎ Achieve daily targets according to production plan.
∎ Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
∎ Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Train the Line supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening and increase production.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Must have experience with Men’s & Women’s styles.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Good knowledge of Floor compliance.

∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years working experience as a Production Manager.
