Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA or equivalent degree from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement quality work studies to improve the weak areas of production line.
∎ Control quality of in process material by maintaining stringent quality particulars.
∎ Control waste generation at each level of production to maintain paper recovery.
∎ Knowledge on work flow setting according to order requirement
∎ Monthly planning and spin plan preparation as per the marketing requirement and its implementation.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Production, CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Security Printing/Publishing, Paper Printing and Packaging Industry
∎ Dynamic Leadership and Team building
∎ Good Communication skill in English written & verbal.
∎ Problem analysis and problem-solving
∎ Stress tolerance
∎ Strategic Planning and Implementation.
∎ Sound knowledge about offset, digital printing order, final inspection and finishing management.
