Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be able to address day to day production and meet the production target as per preplanned schedule in a cost effective manner.
∎ To be able to plan production with the coordination of other factory staffs.
∎ To have knowledge and Skills for Accessories factory machineries repair maintenance and operation.
∎ Preparation of production planning, scheduling for respective production floor on time & monitoring
∎ Production progress and achievement on time
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
∎ Handling of regulatory activities for FSC,OEKO-TEX,BSCI,ISO,GRS certification FACTORY and other institution
∎ Coordinating with the team for managing all day-to-day operations within the warehouse
∎ Consisting monitoring raw and packaging materials stock to avoid low or over inventory.
